Refunds - We offer the following information for obtaining a refund.

Refunds will be issued where the goods failed to perform or did not do the job they were meant too.

Refunds will be issued on the basis that a REPAIR of the goods can not be the first solution to a problem.

ALL REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED ACCORDING TO PURCHASE - i.e VISA, MASTERCARD, EFTPOS transactions will be processed back into your account - CASH transactions will be treated as a CASH Refund.

RETURNS - when returning goods to our store, the cost of the goods will be beared by the consumer. If goods are to be repaired or replaced and returned to you we will cover the postage cost from us to you.
