About Motorcycle Accessory Warehouse

Our company is both an online warehouse and real (bricks and mortar) showroom catering for all of your motorcycle accessory requirements - be it road or off-road. Currently we only sell within Australia. There are a number of reasons why you would want to buy from Motorcycle Accessory Warehouse.

How do I make a purchase?

First you need to find what you are looking for.  You can either use the Browse or Search facilities.  

Search will let you look using the product name, description, brand or size.  There is help on the Advanced Search screen.  Enter something like "Manual Kawasaki" will show all Kawasaki workshop manuals.

When you have found what you are after, add the item to your basket.  This does not commit you to purchasing it.  Continue the process until you have found everything you are after then select "View Cart".  Follow the steps from here to the order form. 


What is the return policy?

Return Of Faulty Goods

Goods that are faulty can be exchanged Faulty products are those that damaged or faulty at the time of receipt by the customer.  In these circumstances we will pay for the cost of returning the goods.

Should you receive a faulty product you must notify us either by email or phone within 7 days advising the date of purchase, invoice number and the serial number of the product if applicable.

You will be issued with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).  We will arrange for the goods to be delivered to our office.

We will repair or replace the product within 7 working days of its receipt, (although exceptions to this may occur from time to time). 

If a product returned is found not to be faulty, you will be charged the delivery costs.

If the product fails during its warranty period and after the first 7 days, please contact the the supplier as per the warranty details.  Remember to register for warranty on products that provide it.

Return Of Non-Faulty Goods

Goods that are not faulty can also be returned within 7 days.  To exchange products, the goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging.  In this case you will be responsible for the freight costs.  Goods that have been opened cannot be returned, unless they are faulty.

Refunds can be given again under the same conditions above but freight will be charged for both the original and return delivery.

We recommends that products returned by post should be sent by registered or certified mail.  We accept no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to us.

You can ask us to organise delivery of non-faulty items but this will still be at your expense.  We will inform you of this cost before proceeding.


Do you sell direct to the public from the warehouse?

Yes we do.  We call ourselves a warehouse because we are located in one but come in and you will find a regular shop. We also have full workshop facilities including tyre fitting. 



Do you sell genuine parts such as Honda, Yamaha etc? 

We sell aftermarket parts and accessories such as plugs, brake pads, lubricants, guards, seat covers, fairings, screens, blinkers, mirrors, exhausts, sprockets, chains etc but not the original parts. 

The aftermarket parts are normally cheaper and/or better.  There are many parts that you have to buy from the original manufacturer such as petrol tanks, frames etc.  It is best to get them direct from your local authorised dealer.


Do you sell second hand goods? 

We sell only new aftermarket parts and accessories.  Contact your local wrecker for second hand parts.


Are we connected to any other organisation? 

We are an independent business.  We are not connected with any other organisation.  We chose our name for one simple reason - we are selling Motorcycle Accessories and we are located in a Warehouse.


Why don't we sell some well known brands? 

It is impossible to carry every brand - for example there are around 34+ brands of Helmets sold in Australia.  We do sell around 200 brands of products. 


Do we do any sponsorship?

We have been helping out a number of riders in a variety of areas such as Juniors, Ulysses, BEARS, Buckets, Supermotard and Enduro.  We cannot do much but will help as much as possible. At the moment this is just in our local area.
